What we're building.

The milestones from every project: games, collectibles and engineering. A human makes every call. AI collaborates on the build.

A new site for everything we make

We started with one game. Now we have work in three areas, so the site is organized around them:

  • Games: Roblox worlds rebuilt from real places and real history. Teotihuacan, and now Independence Mine.
  • Collectibles: Block Stars custom figures and 3D prints, designed with AI and printed in house.
  • Engineering: the systems behind the work. The digital-twin pipeline, local AI, and Clima, an upcoming DePIN hyperweather network.

This devlog now covers all three. Same loop on every project: a human makes the call, AI collaborates on the build.

Game #2: a gold camp in the Alaska mountains

The Independence Mine camp in game: silver buildings with red trim, a wooden trestle and an aerial tram on the green mountainside

Independence Mine in Hatcher Pass was Alaska's second-largest gold mine at its 1941 peak. Our second game rebuilds the camp as it stood that year.

  • Real terrain: the camp, the bowl and the pass, from real map data.
  • The 1941 camp: the mill, the shops, the bunkhouses and the aerial tram, built from archive photos and records.
  • Two seasons: pick summer or winter when you join.

It runs on the same digital-twin pipeline that built Teotihuacan. More screenshots on the Games page.

Maiker Bair gets a new job

Maiker Bair holding up three holograms: a pyramid city with a stadium, a toy figure, and a weather map

Bair started as our mascot on X. Next, he becomes the face of our AI here on the site: a chatbot that can answer questions about our games, collectibles and engineering.

It's in the works. A human still makes every call, and Bair will say so.

Game #1: Archaeological Arenas: Teotihuacan

The stadium bowl in the Great Compound with the pyramids of Teotihuacan on the horizon

Our first game puts a full-size soccer stadium inside a to-scale rebuild of Teotihuacan, as the city looked around 450 AD.

  • Built from real map data: real footprints, terrain heights and the city's 15.5° tilt. The Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Ciudadela and 111 smaller structures stand where they really are.
  • A stadium in the Great Compound, modeled on Mexico City's Estadio Azteca. The one thing that isn't historical.
  • 5v5 soccer: dribbling, charged shots and lofted kicks, full matches with half time, and bots that fill empty spots.
  • 10 landmarks with fast travel, and a 20-minute day/night cycle.
  • Atmosphere: a highland sky, red stucco on the monuments, 8,071 plants, a cheering crowd and floodlit night matches.
  • Tested before every release, including bot-driven test matches in the cloud.
