Who we are

mAIkerz is operated by Definitive Technologies LLC (DBA mAIkerz). This policy covers maikerz.com and the Roblox games we publish.

This website

• No accounts, cookies or analytics. We don't collect your name, email or any other personal information on this site.
• Hosting: the site is served by Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). Like any web host, AWS may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts download. See Google's privacy policy.
• Chat with Maiker Bair: Bair is an AI. When you chat, your messages are sent to Amazon Bedrock (an AWS service) to write the answer, and are not stored or used to train AI. The conversation stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. If you ask Bair to send an idea to our team, we keep a short summary of the idea, with no name, contact details or other personal information. To stop abuse, we count messages per day using a scrambled code made from your IP address, which is deleted within two days. Please don't share personal information in the chat.
• Links: links to X (Twitter) and Roblox take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Our Roblox games

• Your account belongs to Roblox. Sign-in, chat, friends, parental controls and payments are handled by Roblox under the Roblox Privacy Policy. We never see your password, email or payment details.
• Game data: to make the game work, we save gameplay data linked to your Roblox user ID, such as progress, stats, settings and items you've earned or bought. We use it only to run and improve the game.
• Performance data: during testing we may collect technical data such as frame rate, ping and memory use to fix lag. It's tied to a Roblox user ID and used for nothing else.
• Purchases: in-game purchases, game passes and private servers are processed by Roblox. We only learn which item your Roblox account owns.

Kids

Many Roblox players are under 13. We don't ask for, collect or store personal information such as names, emails, addresses or photos from players of any age. Everything we keep is gameplay data tied to a Roblox user ID.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell or rent anyone's data, and we don't share it except with the services that run our site and games (AWS and Roblox) or when the law requires it.

Deleting your data

If Roblox tells us an account has been deleted, or you ask us through Roblox's data request process, we delete the gameplay data linked to that user ID.
